Privacy Policy

Certified Loads LLC ("Certified Loads", "we", "us") operates the CertifiedLoads platform at certifiedloads.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

When a shipper, broker, carrier, or driver signs up, we collect the information needed to create and verify the account. This typically includes name, business name, business address, work phone number, work email, and role within the organization.

Verification and operational data

CertifiedLoads is a pickup verification platform. To operate the service, we collect and process data related to loads, carriers, drivers, and pickup events. This may include load reference numbers, carrier authority details, driver identity fields provided by an authorized administrator, and timestamps associated with the pickup verification flow.

Device and usage data

When you use the platform, we collect basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser or app version, and activity logs used to maintain service integrity and troubleshoot issues.

Information you submit

We collect any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request early access, submit investor inquiries, or respond to a customer support request.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the parties who need it to operate a load on the platform or as described below.

4. Data Retention

We keep personal and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Verification and pickup records are retained as part of the evidence the platform is designed to produce and may be kept for the life of the associated account and for a reasonable period after.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

CertifiedLoads sends operational SMS messages to verified users (carriers, dispatchers, and drivers) to support load coordination and account security. These messages include one-time login verification codes, load tender notifications, pickup and delivery status updates, driver assignment alerts, and other time-sensitive operational notices.

How users opt in

Phone numbers are added to the platform by an authorized administrator, the shipper, broker, or carrier dispatcher, when a user account or driver profile is created. By providing a phone number to CertifiedLoads, the account holder represents that they have authority to enroll that number and consents to receive operational SMS from CertifiedLoads at that number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on load activity. A driver may receive several messages per active load and zero messages on inactive days. Carrier dispatchers may receive messages each time a load is tendered to their company.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CertifiedLoads does not charge to send or receive SMS.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any CertifiedLoads SMS to stop receiving messages from that campaign. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@certifiedloads.com. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further messages from that campaign unless you opt back in.

Mobile information sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be processed by our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the operational messages described in this section. No mobile opt-in data is sold, rented, or shared with marketers under any circumstance.

No marketing SMS

CertifiedLoads does not send promotional or marketing SMS. All messages sent through the platform are operational and tied to an active user account, load, or security event.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at info@certifiedloads.com.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also ask us to restrict or object to certain processing. Some data may be retained where we have a legal basis to keep it, including for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Requests can be sent to info@certifiedloads.com.

8. Children

The CertifiedLoads platform is a business to business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

Certified Loads is based in the United States. If you use the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States under US law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the platform.
